poor Zeus and Athena, they were the only ones of the 14 that stood out... honestly I hardly remember the other 12 >>

That's done on purpose.  It's a ploy to draw your attention to a few while you vaguely remember there are more.  Also, I was not fleshing out eighteen fluffies, that would take too long and we're still in the prologue of the series, basically.

I know the fluffy community is like saturated with Breeder stories at this point but I just had an idea for one, lemme run it by youse guys

so basicly, the protagonist is a hugboxer/luvfag who is between Fluffies at the moment and decides to try his hand at breeding so he can make alittle money on the side. I haven't worked out the details (obviously) but basicly the guy tries to stay has humane as possible but slowly his patience and naivety wear thin... and then stuff happens

I don't know if this is original enough to warrent starting so like I said I thought I'd run it by you guys

Originality is not important. What's important is whether you can write a good story. Haven't you seen my challenge in the story thread?

Something with breeding, depending upon how 'canon' you want to make things, there's variations of Fluffy Pony 'Mares'.

2 teats. Can lead to drama and trauma with more than 2 foals, but the Mare is also much less likely to be drained to the point of death by her smaller litter, and is able to better care for them all.

8 teats. Less chance of drama from the Foals, but a mother who is feeding that many Foals will be being drained to the point of death to produce milk for her hungry litter, and a scatter-brained critter like a Fluffy Pony + multiple equally scatter-brained Foals = shenanigans + tragedy.

Fluffsplosion. Tends to be a fairly divisive issue, overall. I've tried to follow the stories where Fluffy Mummas explode like soft little fragmentation grenades, but it never went down well. I like it as a 'Oh God No' scenario where the Dam is quite litterally pushed to the point of a mental breakdown, and the weirdness and funky pseudo-science that made Fluffy Ponies all comes unravelled. Foooomph!
I Live, therefore I Love .... unless you're one of those customers who expect me to be **** Superman and perform miracles in between the time it takes you to remember to breathe.

If you are such a person ... start running, it'll take me a while to unbolt my claymore from the wall-mountings.

I liked that story. Fluffsplosion as a result of severe stress is something I'm fine with. It's what I did with Boomer's mother.

Current breeder stories are very **** Time enf enf enf I take your babehs nuuu Zap Zap have moar babehs heavy, so trying a humane approach and following through would be interesting.

I can just see a fluffy breeder with labels on their business "100% Consensual Breeding!" "No sale of foals - No distraught mommies!" and little Lucky Charms pieces Wingdings to make it seem happy.
Everything is made to be broken.

well like I was saying the idea is that the protagonist wold follow through at first but over time he would slowly lose patience and becomes despondent, particularly after he inadvertently sells foals to abusers

"No sale of foals - No distraught mommies!"

I don't know about that... I can't imagine selling fluffies that are not at least juvenile, like maybe a week or 2 after weening

little Lucky Charms pieces Wingdings to make it seem happy.

**** that ****, a good Designer doesn't rely on wingdings

At the risk of tooting my own horn, the 'Humane' (Quasi-Humane in my opinion) tactics of the Fluffy Alicorn Breeder might be useful as a "How to/How NOT to" Breeder Approach.

That said, if the Breeder is not aiming to make money, but doing it as a Hobby, then it's an entirely differnet ball-game.

The Alicorn Breeder is close, as the canon you've set up for it states that every mare in the universe would consent to an Alicorn male.  If only I were hung like that.

That was sort of the seed for a gag I had planned when the Ferals see one of the Fluffy Alicorns with an errection, and all the Fluffy Pony Stallions go insane with rage and envy.

>"Why? WHY? WHY MUNSTA HAVE BIG POKEY THING?"
>"Baw'stad! BAW'STAAAAAAAAAAAAD!"
>"Mine biggah!"
